TERA Receives the Sustainable Innovation Award at the 5th Edition of the Aftermarket Sustainability Commitment Awards
At Tera Batteries, we are proud to announce that we have been awarded the Sustainable Innovation Award at the 5th Edition of the Aftermarket Sustainability Commitment Awards, an initiative promoted by SERNAUTO, ANCERA, CETRAA, and CONEPA, in collaboration with Motortec.
This recognition represents an important endorsement of our work and reinforces our conviction that sustainable innovation is not an option, but the necessary path forward for the future of the industry.
Awards that reflect the sector’s transformation
Since their creation in 2021, the Sustainability Commitment Awards have highlighted the efforts of aftermarket companies to integrate sustainability into their strategies, daily operations, and business models. Over these five years, more than 30 awards have been granted and over 120 initiatives submitted, reflecting the sector’s significant progress.
The fifth edition of the awards has been especially aligned with the priorities set by the European Union, highlighting key pillars such as innovation, decarbonization, and security and strategic independence—fundamental elements to ensure future competitiveness.
Sustainable innovation with real impact
The award received by Tera Batteries recognizes the projects and initiatives developed during 2024 and 2025 that are generating a real positive impact on the environment, on people, and on the business itself.
In a sector that generates more than €26 billion in revenue and nearly 230,000 direct jobs, the aftermarket has established itself as an essential pillar of the economy and a key player within the mobility ecosystem, which is currently undergoing a profound transformation toward a greener, more digital, and more inclusive economy.
Our commitment to sustainable innovation translates into solutions that not only respond to increasingly demanding regulations, but also deliver value, efficiency, and competitiveness, while always maintaining respect for the environment and social responsibility.
A recognition that strengthens our commitment
Receiving this award is, above all, a recognition of the effort of the entire Tera Batteries team and of our vision for the future. Managing the business under sustainability criteria not only strengthens our commitment to the environment and society, but also forms the foundation for ensuring long-term growth and competitiveness.
At Tera Batteries, we would like to thank the awards organization and reaffirm our commitment to continuing to drive sustainable innovation in the aftermarket sector.
We keep moving forward—toward a more efficient, responsible, and sustainable future.
