VI. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.
6.1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed, thereby
complying with the principle of data minimization.

necessary; refusal to provide them would imply being unable to provide the requested service.

The personal data included in the curriculum vitae, as well as those collected during selection
processes, will be processed to manage the selection process in the company, including interviews, tests, and
related communications, evaluating the suitability of the candidates presented. As well as
retaining the data for future selection processes if the candidate is not selected and
such retention is authorized.

Personal data originate directly from the candidate provided through the
curriculum form.
Personal data will be retained for a period of two years from the moment they cease
to be processed, without prejudice to the exercise of rights assisting you as an interested party.
Once said period has elapsed or consent has been revoked, the data will be securely
deleted.

Personal data will be processed to manage the various services provided through the website:
responding to requests or inquiries related to the service offered, managing quotes,
demonstrations, support, or contracting of the service, maintaining a record of communications and
requests for information.
