AXA trains its insurance adjusters with TERA CAMPUS

At TERA Batteries, we continue to invest in specialized training as a lever to lead the change toward more sustainable mobility. In this vein, we have taken a step further with the launch of our Technical Training in Electric Vehicles for Insurance Companies, a pioneering program designed to meet the specific needs of experts and insurers in addressing the technical challenges posed by electric vehicles in assessments.

This course has been specifically designed for experts and technical personnel from insurance companies who need up-to-date knowledge on the operation, diagnostics, and evaluation of electric vehicles. We are proud to announce that we successfully launched this first edition in collaboration with AXA, one of the leading companies in the insurance sector, which has chosen to stay ahead of the curve by training its professionals with us.

The training concluded with the final in-person class. It was a highly practical and engaging session, where participants could see firsthand everything they had learned over the past months and apply their knowledge in a real environment, thereby reinforcing their learning and skills. This experience was especially valued by participants, who highlighted the usefulness of consolidating theory with practice.

Developed under the quality seal of TERA CAMPUS, the training offers a complete learning experience tailored to the real needs of professionals in the sector. With a combination of online and in-person sessions, participants can progress at their own pace from anywhere, with the assurance of live instructor support and high-quality materials. All of this is backed by our TERA SMART LEARNING method, where knowledge comes directly from our experts in lithium batteries and electric vehicle safety systems.

The training includes:

  • 4 live online sessions with instructors, where students can interact, ask questions, and delve into the most technical concepts of the course.

  • Exclusive audiovisual content, organized by thematic modules, including evaluation tests to consolidate learning.

  • One practical in-person session, where acquired knowledge is applied in a real environment, reinforcing the practical skills needed for safe and accurate assessments.

  • TERA Certification upon completion, accrediting the successful completion of the course and the technical knowledge acquired.

  • FUNDAE-eligible course, allowing companies to take advantage of available training credits at no additional cost.

During the course, participants explore key aspects such as safety systems, types of batteries, fault diagnosis, and protocols for conducting safe assessments. Thanks to this dynamic and technical methodology, professionals gain a 360º understanding that allows them to face real-world situations with confidence in their daily work.

This is just the first of many editions. If you are an expert or work at an insurance company and want to be part of this transformation, click here for more information.
